About Thread Colors

The thread colors you see on this web site match the actual thread colors as closely as possible. Each Robison-Anton thread color has a standardized Pantone color associated with it, and we have used the best computer representation of each Pantone color in designing this site.

Images on the Quilting Thread, Twister Tweeds, Metallics and Moonglow pages are made from digital photos of the actual thread, and we have tried to preserve the color as closely as possible.

However, every computer monitor displays colors slightly differently, so we can make no guarantee as to the accuracy of the colors you see as compared to the real thread color.

If precise color matching is necessary in the thread you buy, we highly recommend that you purchase a color card. Click here for more information.
